    Hire someone who is young and hungry. Perry Fewell seems worth a look. A Cowher hiring would make me ill. I guess eventually I'd have to wrap my head around it, but off hand I can't think of a hiring that'd piss me off more.

    Another vote for Cowher. Wouldn't be opposed to Gruden or Gregg Williams either. Also wouldn't mind Singletary (I'm sure I'll hear it for this one). He didn't do great in SF but the guy is a motivator who would be a good fit as long as he got some quality coordinators working with him.
