    It has to be a forum issue. I'm talking to the makers of this software now. We'll see how it goes.

    Can we stop with the constant e-mails and starting new threads? It doesn't exactly make me want to push towards a solution any faster.

    Continue to post in this thread only on any changes. I'll post updates here as well when I get more info.

    There is no guarantee it will ever be corrected. Ewker's situation just got better one day. I still don't know what happened. I don't think he does either.

    I have one more avenue to take here before saying you're SOL until the situation corrects itself.
