Poor Eddy. 17 pages of internet rape for you in this thread -- do they make e-stitches?
Did someone say rape?
Post all the pics you want....the embarrassing part of this thread is already over with for you...time to save face.
Or you could not post anything and hope the thread falls to page 2 so no one else can read this debacle.
Whatever. It's all about perception. Hoffa, the guy you thought was so funny, I perceived to be a pretty huge dumb@$$. So whatever, I guess you're right because you say so. Good luck with you're woman's basketball season, I hear you guys are really good. To bad it's a sport nobody cares about.
Hoffa wasn't that funny - your constant angry reaction is what made it priceless. Lighten up, Francis.
Attempting to bash UT isn't saving your failure in this thread either...but by god you're trying. What epic originals have you got for us next...UThug? Orange jumpsuits? Pumpkins?
Just chill, Eddy.
Well by my count the SEC claimed 25 national championships in football, and we're not even going to count '73 and '64 and whatever other fraudlent claims that conference has.
The Big Ten has had 30 national championships in football... and we are not even claiming championships won by teams when they weren't in our conference at the time (Penn St.).
So yeah, simple math would dictate that the Big 10 has more national championships than the SEC.
If you're going to throw the "fraudulent" argument out there then you probably need to go with the NCAA's Officially Recognized Champions list...which started in 1936. The SEC leads the Big 10 by a few there actually...but who cares what the NCAA actually recognizes though, right?
Before 1936 Alabama won the National Championship in 1930 (again shared) 1926 and 1925... so you still would end up short by two it seems. Maybe that's why you don't want to recognize it, maybe so you can actually think the SEC is better than the Big Ten after all, it's not gonna happen.
Alabama's claim in '64 should be invalid for the fact that they were "crowned" champions before they got their butts handed to them in the championship game by Arkansas... oh wait Arkansas didn't join the SEC until 1991 but yet still the SEC claims it as one of the fraudulant championships. Same thing for the game in '73 vs. Notre Dame.
Ed dude, you still mad. I told you I was just goofin' on you, no need to hold a grudge and carry it over to other threads. We were just having fun and you fed into it with your relentless angry responses.
It's like sparring with your brother, you go at it and then laugh about it afterwards. Let it go...
