    That's a damn good 100 time.

My best high school accomplishment was getting 2nd in state for the 4x1 w/ 42.91. I was the slowest on my relay though haha. Pretty sure my roommate got 2nd or 3rd in the 100 that year in state and it was like 11.01, or something.

This is coming from a town of <2000...

I ran a hand timed 4.4 something in college before I shattered my leg. That was 15 years ago. I ran like a 5.5 in dress clothes a few years ago. It hurt my feet for weeks. Would not do again...

    I'd bet $$ you can't run a legit 4.6 right now.

In my idiot physics class last semester we had to time our 40.

With no stretching and in jeans I ran a 4.8. It was the highest in the class, but that is like finding the best athlete on the chess team. Anyway, I have the knees of a 60 year old man so I think I could do better in a more ideal situation.

If I run a 4.6 right now I'd shock myself. Ran a 4.5 hand timed early in the summer but I'm not in that kind of shape right now. Man your body really starts to sh*t the bed in your mid 20's. Like I know I'm better off than guys in their 30's and 40's but my day is coming soon.

You gotta run it in your pajamas and house shoes, carrying a plate of pizza rolls.
