    it' funny how the Colts gutted their entire franchise and they are ahead of us right now. Well it helps to have Andrew "Luck" but still thats pretty sad. I feel as a Colts fan than I would as a Titan fan as it stands right now.

    And to think people in here actually thought we could compete with Houston this year for the division. Now we're fighting just not to be dead last behind Jax and Indy?

    Someone or several definitely need to lose their jobs. This team needs a major shake up of some kind and I really think it needs to start at the top. If I personally had the lack of production that the group as a whole is having I would definitely lose my job. I don't know what the answer is but apparently locker room lectures and weekly planning isn't getting anything done.
