Mularky is a fall guy, Robinson is gonna blow up the roster over the next two years, fire Mularky, hire his own coach. At some point in that timeline we will be sold. Gonna suck real bad.

It's already been reported that LeBeau is staying as part of Mularkeys new staff. If Horton leaves he will likely take the DC job.

It makes you wonder if Mularkey and LeBeau were considered a package deal all along. Hmmmmmm.

Why have an 80 year old DC? We are building for the long term not trying to fill a one season need.

Mularkey should hire young, smart aggressive people who want badly to succeed not Horton or Lebeau.

The 2014 Bills were 2nd in both total and scoring defense under Doug Marrone and Jim Schwartz.

DC-Rocky Seto is a secondary coach for the Seahawks, he is only 37 and is highly regarded and very intelligent. He's been with Pete Carrol since USC. This is the kind of guy i'm talking about. If Mularkey sticks with the old boy network and just hires comfortable people he will never succeed. Bring him in, see how smart he is if he has fire in his belly.

OC-Freddie Kitchens is a former Bama guy and the QB coach for the Cards. He obviously has done great with Carson Palmer. Never been a coordinator before. Despite being only 41 he has had some health issues. I would interview him.

I would not be against interviewing Dave Ragone who is now with the Redskins.

Mike Groh is the bears WR coach. He's been there the last 3 years and obviously has done a good job. The previous 2 years he was WR coach at Alabama. Another guy worth an interview.

No to Pat Shurmer or Tom Clements...

The average ranking of Shurmur's offense as OC of the rams and head coach of the browns was 30th in total and 30th in scoring. Horrible! He did have 2 top 10 offenses with the Eagles but that was because of Chip Kelly. I guess the hope here is that Chip Kelley's ideas rub off on him and he is a fit for Mariota. Nothing he did before the Eagles suggests that. He sure didn't make any of the young QBsd he worked with elsewhere successful.

As for Tom Clements he doesn't even call the plays for the Packers the head coach does that. Why do we want him calling our plays then?

Well using that logic we shouldn't have fired Whisenhunt. Titans should have won more than 3 games with Mariota, Walker, DGB, Wright, Casey, Orakpo, Morgan, Jonea, Woodyard, and Searcy.

Our depth, O line, and secondary are talent deprived, but there is talent on this team. You keep making excuses for a coach who has won 31.6% of his games.

There were better candidates out there and we didn't even try and upgrade. We literally interviewed 4 candidates and it would have only been 3 if Horton wasn't crying about wanting to leave.

If we are hiring a guy just based on the fact that we don't want another coach for Marcus then we shouldn't have fired Whisenhunt. That's just asinine. This is about trying to win a Super Bowl not about trying to be better than 3-13. That's pretty easy to do!

I think we do have a GM that will load this team with talent, but we need coaches who are going to correctly utilize that talent and more importantly... Know how to win with that talent. That's something Mularkey hasn't proven he can do.
