When teams are evaluated for strength of schedule (which I think becomes more important for draft rather than playoffs, can't really remember), would division opponents be counted twice? A HUGE dis/advantage (depending on playoffs or draft) to AFCS teams if they get 0-32 because of the Colts.

    Anybody know?

No, it just goes on the teams you play combined W/L record without counting doubles.

not a PO tiebreaker if memory serves.

higher SoS picks earliest of teams tied. The tied teams rotate thru the draft.
