I made this post in another thread, but I thought I'd make a separate one for easier access. PFT wrote an article saying that 77.8% of the first rounds picks in 2011 were selected by a team that brought the player in for a visit, including the Titans. I think there's a good chance the guy we select in the first round is on the list somewhere. WRs: Kendall Wright, Alshon Jeffery, Stephen Hill, Michael Floyd, Joe Adams. DLs: Michael Brockers, Fletcher Cox, Josh Chapman, Tim Fugger, Ernest Owusu, Melvin Ingram, Whitney Mercilus, Devon Still, Courtney Upshaw, Shea McClellin, Mike Martin. DBs: Chris Greenwood, Casey Heyward, Dre Kirkpatrick, Sean Richardson, Stephon Gilmore, Mark Barron. G/Cs: Gino Gradkowski, Peter Konz LBs: Zach Brown, Bruce Irvin, Dont'a Hightower, Luke Kuechly, Bobby Wagner, Lavonte David, Bennie Anderson, Ben Miller, Mychal Kendricks. TEs: Brandon Barden Sources were a combination of Twitter and PFT.com.
It seems that every year, two or three of the players the Titans drafted had either been in for a visit or had met with the team at the combine.
When we reach 30 visits that don't include Vandy players. We know 26 out of the 30, so only four more spots left.
