Lewan, Sankey, Jones and Huff all become new Titans. Some of these picks are questionable due to draft needs but I trust that they are building a solid foundation for the future. The one major trend I've seen when researching these picks is their leadership credentials. Sankey, Jones and Huff all have incredible work ethic and were team captains. Adding integrity to the team is huge IMO.

Jones had incredible work ethic? That is conflicting from everything I have heard.

I haven't done any research myself but it's good to hear or some potential locker room leadership. That's been a gaping void for a while.

Penn State fan and heard nothing but praise for his work ethic. He did gas in games, at least in part to scholarship restrictions. He had no backup.
