    not wholly defending the FO here

    but with the new CAP rules more CAP is directed towards veterans and there are penalties for not spending almost all the CAP IIRC.

    So if not Greene then who???

    contracts like Greene/Stephens will be more common. I dont have a problem with it myself but I can see where people could argue $4m for Greene when $6m gets an allpro. I see that I do.

    Jake Locker is pretty good in those situations. Under 2-minutes to go Jake is over 70% on his throws. Id think we would incorporate more no huddle stuff into our game plan if we wanted him to produce for us this year.

    Its not sustainable. If it does work and you score too soon it puts a real strain on your defense over time.

    Ideally I'd like to see us run it "more" than before. Its an easier offense to execute than traditional ones, and with questions all around, it just makes sense to build it into what we try to do this year.
