I agree with Bipolar, don't we have something like 11 picks in this year's draft? We should take a flyer on a late round guy. The last thing we want, if something horrible happens and VY is out, is for Feely or Shaun King to be the man. (Shudders)

His contract is too big for the Texans & the team has lost faith in him.

I'd be schocked if anyone traded for him considering the size of his pay deal. The Texans may end up cutting him due to cap issues.They owe him $5.5mill next yr & $6mill the yr after. Including his bonus money he has an $8 mill a yr cap figure. Cut him & his hit is $5.2mill because his pro rated bonus money would all count immediately. They'd still save $3mill by cutting though so it is a possibilty.

Go ahead & laugh but Bud would love to have him as a quality back up & behind a decent line he'd be more than okay.
