Cut Grif
Get at least 2 (hopefully an FS and DE) gems from this year's drafts. Impact starters like Zack Brown.
Get an all pro guard and a good SS via free agency.
Acquire an above average QB via FA.

These are the Titans. I don't expect us to do anything that will be breaking news on ESPN in the way of FA signings. However, we are a few pieces and two good cords from being a playoff team.

Dman, Marcus Lattimore will be lucky to play football ever again.

I'm hearing he might have to sit out a year but nothing on him not being able to play again

I like it. I want to move to a 3-4 bad but I am worried about our personnel. I feel like Brown would be misused. I want Te'o bad though!

Why is there always 2-3 people who post well get this guy because well switch to a 3-4 defense. It's not happening unless we get a new DC. Get over it. 4-3 powerpenises!!! Smash!!!

I wasn't saying I thought we were going to.. I just said I wish we would but at the same time people like Zach Brown's talent would be wasted in that defense.

I don't see why we keep discussing the 3-4. We are more than invested into the 4-3 and its not like that defense is just useless just because ours is.
