NBA Playoffs are great. I do not watch one bit of the regular season, but I love tuning in for the playoffs.

I don't know about the greatness in which you speak of. I mean I only watch it if there is no baseball or if hockey isn't on. Until the NBA will always stand for Not Basketball Anymore.

The NBA has the best playoffs of all the pro leagues. The best two teams always play in the final four. I can't tell you how many Super Bowls had the wrong two teams playing. Seven game series gives the better team the chance to regroup and play the way a championship caliber teams should. In the NFL you slip up and you're done, which is exciting and gives football that special appeal. But the NBA playoffs are were it's at.

^Better than being a dork on a computer, what league has better playoffs? Football? Yea the NFL's playoffs are great, but I have to wait 6 days between games. The NBA is nearly every night for a month.

Hockey - 60 minutes - every bit as forceful as the NFL - every day for 2 months

I thought the NHL was going to die out just a few years ago due to no one watching it. Did that change?

NBA playoffs are great. NFL playoffs are great. NHL... finals are worth watching. MLB playoffs I can watch if a team I'm interested in is playing. Baseball is just so slow. Wish they could just play 7 innings or so. Too slow of a game to play a full 9 then 800 games a season.

So much of hockey is based on luck. In football, you have a QB that distributes the ball. There are plays in hockey and you can have your guys in right formations and what not, but what good does all of that do if the other team has deflected the puck to other side of the ice.

I think that's what hurts hockey most. Most the goals are pure luck. They bounce off someone's skate, and end up in the back of the net. But you've only got like 5 inches total of room to squeeze the puck in anyway due to how small it is with the goalie in front.
