I have trouble with the steakhouse issue. I worked at a Ruth's Chris for 9 months at the end of my restaurant career, and I've been to at least one of all of the chains. There just isn't anything really special about any of them to me. I'll go to Morton's for happy hour because they have great apps for $5, but I'm still paying out the butt for the drinks. If you've got Prime meat, that's great, and worth paying more for, but I can get Prime meat at home and make a steak that's just as good. There's very little skill or creativity involved in a steak house, so I'm rarely willing to do it. When you're in the mood though, I get it.
