Never really did one before, but Here I go.. My final mock draft: 1. Colts - Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford 2. Redskins - Robert Griffin III, QB, Baylor 3. Vikings - Matt Kalil, OT, USC 4. Browns - Trent Richardson, RB, Alabama 5. Bucs - Morris Claiborne, CB, LSU 6. Rams - Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma St. 7. Jaguars - Melvin Ingram, DE, South Carolina (may be the first surprise tho) 8. Dolphins - Ryan Tannehill, QB, Texas A&M 9. Panthers - Fletcher Cox, DT, Mississippi St. 10. Bills - Riley Reiff, OT, Iowa 11. Chiefs - David DeCastro, OG, Stanford 12. Seahawks - Luke Kuechley, LB, BC 13. Cardinals - Michael Floyd, WR, Notre Dame 14. Cowboys - Mark Barron, SS, Alabama 15. Eagles - Michael Brockers, DT, LSU 16. Jets - Courtney Upshaw, DE, Alabama 17. Bengals - Cordy Glenn, OG, Georgia 18. Chargers - Stephen Gilmore, CB, South Carolina 19. Bears - Kendall Wright, WR, Baylor 20. Titans - Whitney Mercilus, DE, Illinois 21. Bengals - Dre Kirkpatrick, CB, Alabama 22. Browns - Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech 23. Lions - Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford 24. Steelers - Mike Adams, OT, Ohio St. 25. Broncos - Dontari Poe, DT, Memphis 26. Texans - Ashlon Jeffrey, WR, South Carolina 27. Patriots - Chandler Jones, DE, Syracuse 28. Packers - Nick Perry, DE, USC 29. Ravens - Dont'a Hightower, ILB, Alabama 30. 49ers - Devon Still, DT, Penn State 31. Patriots - Peter Konz, C, Wisconsin 32. Giants - Bobby Massie, OT, Mississippi A few things to note: Wouldn't be shocked to see Jerel Worthy go to the Packers or Ravens, depending on how they have him rated vs. Perry and Hightower. Also, I could see the Patriots going with Vinny Curry compared to how they have ranked vs. Jones. I think Jeffrey finds himself in the first round to the Texans, who want a WR badly. They prefer Wright or Hill, and would take one of those if available, but I don't think that they will be. I think the Titans take a SERIOUS look at Gilmore if he's at 20, but I don't think he will be. We won't touch Kirkpatrick. Weeden will be a top 5 pick in the 2nd round. Sanu & Randle will be top 10. Coples & Jenkins gets picked in the 2nd. If the Titans go Gilmore in the 1st, they go Curry, Jones, Worthy, Branch, Brown, or Crick in the 2nd -- I know I listed a ton of options lol. If we grab Whitney another DE in the 1st, will take a good long hard hook at Jenkins or Dennard.
No worse than any other mock. Cant wait to see who goes where Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I777 using Tapatalk
True, but I think 'Dre is BPA available to them and his issues won't concern them. If not Dre, they'll go WR. Thanks though!
I like your picks for the Bengals. Grab Glenn while you can and pick whatever CB falls to you with the next pick.
The first 8 picks are so easy this year. Unless there are trades, your first 8 picks (and pretty much everyone's first 8) will be right. Last year I think I only got 3 picks exactly right.
Yeah, it's going to take the fun out of the first hour or so. Although I will say the Jags could throw a wrench in to this thing. They need a lot of things, but nothing that represents a lot of value at #7. Is the second best WR worth the seventh pick in the draft? Bleh. Same with the DEs this year, I don't think any of them are worth a top-ten pick.
Kendall Wright to the Bears doesn't make sense to me. They already have Hester and Knox... basically the same player.
