A clone no, probably not. But "playing style," what exactly does that mean?

this is what i have never really agreed with.

if you like someone enough at 20 to draft them, then why not take them four picks earlier, especially if there i no one who wants to move up? it's not like picking graham at 16 makes him less likely to get to the quarterback than if you take him at 20.

another thing people keep forgetting when they make all these mocks i see, pass rushers are at a premium right now. i've seen the top guys like pierre-paul and morgan falling down to us at 16. there's no way that happens. we'd be fortunate to have our pick of the litter on the "second tier guys" at 16. to assume that the top second tier guy will be there at 22-24 is a bit absurd.

    Dwight Freeney:

    6ft1 - 268lbs

    Brandon Graham:

    6ft1 - 268lbs

And their playing styles are very similar. Hell, they even kind of look alike. lol

It's not as easy as saying oh lets drop 6-8 spots and get him there. If you like him at 16 draft him.

Who are the top two DE in your opinion?

Brandon Graham and Dwight Freeney = Same Height & Same Weight

They both are bulky. Both are workout warriors. Both are aggressive. Both strong, tough, and physical. Both have excellent leverage and can disrupt the backfield (vs RBs). Brandon Graham to me is a mix of LaMarr Woodley and Dwight Freeney (best case scenario of course). The only difference is that Freeney was quicker in college.

And for everybody who says "we need to trade down if we select Graham". Why? Brandon Graham in many mock drafts is rated the #2 DE. If Derrick Morgan goes before #16, Brandon Graham could be next.

Why would a team trade up a few spots, maybe if Clausen or Spiller fall. But no team is going to trade up a few spots and give up alot. If we trade down for a DE it should be Hughes or Griffen at about 25.

On almost every mock draft I see it has the Titans taking JPP. I wonder if the Titans revealed to someone that they have intrest in him? I also wonder if that was a red-herring to keep other teams from finding out who they really do covet?
