It is true that Munch coming back really won't make us any better/worse most likely since he does nothing. Let's get some good coordinators. If Gray or bum ass Loggains is back next year, either one, we're in for a 7 win season.

At least 3 wins honestly could have been losses...lions, jets, (can't think) with way we made bonehead mistakes at end.

Gray is a joke, he talks about how he's gonna instill this system and were gonna get bigger and this and that and does nothing except the opposite. People should stop using the 9-7 like its some badge of f'n courage

Munch didnt call out Palmer before he was fired either. Relax. Munch isnt going to throw Gray under the bus, especially with the talent we have.

Just want to put out a potential DC candidate on these boards that I haven't seen pop up yet...
    Keith Butler (my uncle lol)
I was told by sources within my family tonight (parents lol) that he has heard that the Steelers organization is planning on keeping Dick Lebeau. My uncle was only going to stay another year if Lebeau stepped down so he could take over the DC job there. Since that isn't going to happen I put in a message saying he should come to us and change our defense to a 3-4 that would seem to better fit our talent on the defensive side of the ball. So, what do you guys say to that? In favor or not?

Dude, I've never seen a coach as bad as him keep his job. Seriously, his teams always give up 50 points, he loses to the WORST teams, and he's just seems like he's clinging to excuses to keep his job. If this team had any pressure to win his ass woulda been canned weeks ago.

I'd be in favor just because he's your uncle and we could get inside information

Munchak should be gone but I can live with him another year. Hopefully he has felt his growing pains as a HC. Getting rid of Reinfeldt was the prime move to spur some GD direction and identity for this franchise. MR muddled around for years picking up Seattle re-treads and extending crap players here. He had little to no vision (or skill) in shaping the franchise. Made me miss Floyd Reese- and I thought I would never hear myself say that! I AM a bit worried about not having a replacement for MR because I think his position IS very important. I'm not sold that RW has those skills necessary. I've been hard on RW but I do admit he appears skilled at identifying talented players. We just need a person in charge of staffing the team with the "right" talented players and working the puzzle of contract lengths and extensions.

We are in a mess with the offense. I'm praying to God we don't plan on taking Tom Moore. We don't have a Peyton Manning and Locker will never be that echelon of QB. We need a young bright mind on offense. I don't feel good about what I saw from Loggains AT ALL.

All and all, I think Bud made a smart move with his moves. There were 7 HCs canned yesterday. There will be a big market available with talent. I would like to see us make a play for Luvvie Smith for DC but I won't be that disappointed if Gray stays. JG just doesn't seem to manage the game or develop the gameplan well at all.
