Haha, I remember Woolfolk's uncle, might have been the TOMB though.

    Mine

    1. Why do you think that the Titans have not contacted you for help/advice on their message board? They certainly need it.

    2. What made you decide to make a message board?

    3. What has been the most frustrating part of operating the board? Most rewarding?

Woolfolks uncle was here, I don't know if he was in TOMB. I kinda felt bad for the guy though and he was pretty decent when he wasn't defending Andre.

The people? No. The responsibility? Yes. When we got hacked a few years ago and were down a couple of weeks, I thought about it. We were blacklisted from Google because the hackers put drug and porn pages on the server. I found the pages and deleted them but, every time the forum was launched, they would return. It took forever to get things sorted out.

I cannot tell a lie, there have been a few I've banned over the years. But it's always after a few requests to "tone it back". It's sometimes hard to differ what is "stupid" or just an opinion many don't agree with. I do try to allow a lot of rope.

Sure. When the site was the "Tennessee Titans Fan Page", it was very active so the challenge for me was not to screw up a good thing. There are a lot more options out there now for fans but we continue to see growth so, hopefully, we're doing something right and will continue to do so.

Completed the required training, you have not.

Titanium had this site before it was goTitans.com (back when it was called the "Tennessee Titans Page"). I was a regular poster there along with having my own site called "Titans 12th Man" which was more fan-focused. After receiving a "cease and desist" letter from Texas A&M, I stumbled on the domain name "goTitans.com". I talked to T about joining forces and that happened 12 years ago.

Not currently. I believe Titanium had a number of players on here back when the team first came to Nashville. We do get a lot of family members here, especially for those who are new to the team. I've gotten a few emails from those who appreciated the training camp photos and coverage.

I don't know. A few years back, the Redskins hired the guy who ran a fan site to do the official one. I think many believe that all you need to do is launch some software and they will come when, really, how a site's moderated has as much impact on member experience as it's design and functionality.

Like many others after the Titans lost in the Super Bowl, I wanted the party to go on. I also thought it would give me an opportunity to improve on my web design skillz.

Most frustrating is the technical crap that happens with anything based on technology. The forum software goes glitchy. The server crashes, runs too slow or gets hacked. Other than that, it's spam, people who resort to name-calling and excessive whining after a Titans loss.

For the most rewarding part, it's has been making friends with a lot of the people here—many of whom we tailgate with before every home game.

I design print and web for a few clients along with being a full-time professor at a small design college teaching in the visual communications department.

There's not a lot of "spare time" but, when it happens, I enjoy gardening, playing video games, watching sports and movies, hanging around here along with a few other sites. When it's warmer, I enjoy camping and hiking whatever chance I get.

Because I have to read a lot of books as an instructor, I leisure read more for entertainment than knowledge so usually enjoy books by Dan Brown, John Grisham and James Patterson. Suspense and detective stuff, usually.

The Steve Jobs Biography. Love him or hate him but he was an amazing man.

Sheryl Crow at the Franklin Theatre. It was a benefit concert and I highly recommend anyone in the area see a concert at this historic theatre if they can.

That's like asking my favorite food. I like too many to pin it down to just one. I'm a big fan of everything from AC/DC and Aerosmith to The Heavy and Black Joe Lewis. On my Slacker Radio station I have a lot of old blues, 80's funk, classic rock and rock-a-billy. If interested, my station there is called "TitanJeff". :brow:

I nominate Cruds for the next MOTW candidate and have a couple of questions for him...

When did the horror influence begin and why? When did you get your first bulldog and why are you such a fan of the breed?

If someone else was on board for next week, table my questions for now. :)
