Kevin Dyson. Injuries hurt his whole career, but he was my favorite offensive player we had. I liked Andre when he was here too.

Blaine Biship or Randall Godfrey on the defensive side. People seem to forget Godfrey- he actually had some play left in him when he left, too.

Samari I liked but he sucked once he went to the Ravens. Or so they said...

I also forgot to mention Chris Carr.

To this day, I still do not understand why we let him go. If we kept him, I guarantee we would have made the playoffs. That's how valuable he was.

I don't know the statistics, but he gave us amazing field position, was very consistent. I believe he had the best punt return average in the league. We could have easily afforded him. He's not a pricy player. But, no... that's too much to ask for. Watching Mouton against the Jets was just pathetic. We win at least 2 or 3 more games with Carr.

I agree with everything about Carr especially with us making the playoffs. We didn't let him go because of money issues though. The deal breaker was that Carr wanted a chance to start at corner and we couldn't promise anything.

Who would have thought losing two players could affect a team that much.:hmm:

Well, either way we were dumb. Sadly, even though Carr isn't all that great at corner, he is better than Harper. He only got to start 4 games with the Ravens. If he had stayed with us, I guarantee he would have been able to start more than just 4 games due to the fact that our CBs were absolutely horrendous.

Yea, losing two players turned out to be our downfall. I can only imagine if we had held onto Carr and Fat Al... playoffs easily... and we could contend once we made it.

Lorenzo Neil...Eddie George was never the same and he was such a smart player. How many HOF running backs has the guy blocked for?

Then, Derrick Mason....great returner, great receiver, always got open. It boggles my mind they let the only good receiver that McNair ever had go without a fight.
