Mike Heimderdinger says Javon Ringers running ability is really good.

I concur JC. I know that's pretty high praise but the kid has shown some serious flashes of brilliance. Granted most of these runs I'm talking about have been in preseason play but he still ran out of control. I believe in the kid. With or without CJ, Ringer needs more touches.
