According to several sources, it is at Blue Moon Lagoon where McNair's evening took an ominous turn.

While sitting with friends at the restaurant (sources say that Kazemi was not in the party), a white woman in her early 20s, about 5-foot-4, approached McNair and accused him of slipping her a “roofie” a year ago.

The woman then told McNair, according to sources, that her boyfriend was going to kill him.

if this woman wasn't Kazemi...could there be another party we're not even aware of ?

she was in town, at their home in Green Hills
initial reports placed her in MS, then later recanted to reflect that she was at their home in Green Hills

wouldn't matter where she was. if she hired someone, she could have done it from anywhere

Gun powder residue would be on the hand if she was set up too. I would think. So I'm not inclined to think that would be a deciding factor for me. If it was a double homicide, someone thought this out to some degree. So I would think her hand would have been forced to pull the trigger at some point.

If she was in town, the wife, , could have done it herself too. Plus it was done at McNairs's place. Which makes me want to hedge her over the boyfriend in terms of location. Seems like the wife would know more about his place than the boyfriend would.

I am curious about July 4th too. How does that fit in. It's not the kind of day for McNair to bust off a relationship. I wouldn't pick that day to break it off. But If I was a boyfriend I have that day to tail them and get even more furious. I'm alone. I'm upset. I go to see what there doing. I may even know what they are planning to do that day.

As for the time. 1:35pm. I don;t know. If I was planning a murder. Would I do it in daylight. Maybe on July 4th when nobody is home 1:35 is not bad. But not normally. I would murder someone at night. That takes me away from a hit job. And more toward crime of passion. But then again, July 4th means I have one less person to worry about getting in the way ( the guy who leases the place with McNair ). So it may not be a bad time for a hit.

    How so?...

Like I asked, how so? The ballistics of the bullets would be different.
Killer would have to have killed both of them first.* Possibly her (only one shot), then shoot him once or twice. THEN put the gun in her hand and fire it once or twice. He would have to pick her arm up to an extent to hit Mac who is already laying horizontally on the floor. The bullet trajectories would be off for something like that.
Think about that for a minute. Something like that would be extremely difficult to plan, pull off, and make it look like a m-s.

*Neither one of them (especially beastly Mac9) would have just stood there and let the killer force them to point a gun at someone, then fire it. There would have been a struggle (maybe there was and the Fuzz isn't telling us).

From what I've read when the guy found them at 1:00p, they had been dead for several hours--neighbors have reported seeing him arrive at condo around 2A Friday night so could have been anywhere between 2A and 1P on Sat.
