1. David DeCastro, G 2. Devon Still, DT 3. Nigel Bradham, LB 4. Nick Toon, WR 5. Markelle Martin, S 6. Kheeston Randall, DT 7. Cam Johnson, DE This is only if I had to do it differently. I thought it would be interesting to see how others would go about it. I am in love with this years draft. I think we got it right the first 3 selections. I am intrigued to see how much the Titans can get out of the final 4 selections. I'm a little skeptical about the DE. I felt like Cam Johnson would have been a good selection there but maybe they know something I dont. I am somewhat upset that they couldnt add Owusu as an undrafted free agent. He has some potential.
I like your version so much better, even though I'm still not crazy about a lot of them. Still would take Markelle Martin? I see absolutely nothing in him that I wouldn't find out of any college safety in the US.
1. Kendall Wright 2. Vinny Curry 3. Mike Martin 4. Ben Jones 5. Justin Bethel 6. Markelle Martin 7. Scott Soloman
Only prob with that one X... Jones was off the board. I'm pretty sure he was the target in that round and didn't expect tejas to snag em. Then we went CB..
Knowing how the order went now.... 1) Donta Hightower LB Bama (and I do really like the K.Wright pick) 2) Vinny Curry DE Marshall (also consider Peter Konz) 3) Ben Jones C Georgia 4) Jared Crick DT Nebraska 5) Ryan Miller G Colorado 6) Billy Winn DT Boise St 7) Janzen Jackson FS
All I have to say is the domino effect if we took x player in round 1 their is a chance, same for every round.
Only thing I would change is the second round. Levonte David should have been the pick if we were going LB. I just don't ever see Brown hitting anyone and that's a backer's job
Replace Zach Brown with Lavonte David and Coty Sensabough with Josh Norman and I'd be ecstatic with our draft.
I heard somewhere that all of these tackling concerns surrounding Zach Brown are bogus. I heard that he seems to have high tackle numbers and he certainly has the size and speed to do so. I just checked and it sais he made 105 tackles this season (62 solo). Thats hard to do if your affraid to hit. I think he's going to be a beast and I like this pick equally as much as Wright. I was hoping to land Josh Robinson in the 3rd but he never fell. Mike Martin is great too!
