Titans promoted QBs coach Dowell Loggains to offensive coordinator.
Dave Ragone has been moved from receivers coach to quarterbacks coach, replacing Loggains in the latter role, while Shawn Jefferson will take over for Ragone with the Titans' wideouts. Loggains closed out the 2012 season as "interim" offensive coordinator, after the dismissal of Chris Palmer. It was a small sample size, but the offense showed little improvement under Loggains.

"Little improvement"? Offense scored 6 TDs in 5 games under Loggains. I'd say we got worse.

That said, he was forced to run Palmer's garbage system so we don't really know what we're getting with Loggains. Can't help but assume it's going to turn out the same way as all of Munch's previous staff decisions though.
