But I agree with Immortal Technique as well.

 

He ain't no role model but he is a d@mn good rapper. His work has come a long way from "The Block is Hot" days.

 

My brother and I argue this point all the time. I say Lil Wayne is the best RAPPER alive...He actuallys raps what comes to his head. My brother says Jay Z is the best rapper alive. It's not really rapping if you write down the lyrics like you would write out a song. That makes it just talking really fast words to a beat, not rapping.

They have to be alive, 2pac and Biggie are ahead of him though. Eminem is garbage btw.

 

Agree 100%. He doesn't write it down and is actually rapping. Jay is just a commercialized guy. I can't really consider the best rapper having a chorus in all of his songs, which means bye Eminem, Jay, etc. Yeah they all have those songs but those are the iTunes songs lol, that's how they make some of theirmoney. It's the mixtapes that are really the judge.

 

He's garbage.

Not even the best garbage MAINSTREAM rapper alive, much less counting the rappers that can actually ride a beat and make thought provoking music.


He's a bubble gum rapper. For teenage girls that think they're too cool for Britney Spears.
