The USC Lendale was 252lbs in the 2005 Rosebowl...

    FYI,

He stated he was 252lbs in the Rose Bowl back when he was a rookie and was taking heat for his weight after not running at the combine to show that his being svelte wasn't a requirement for his being effective.

So he shed off the 4-year old toddler that was hanging on his waist. Good stuff LenDale 'The Towel Stomping' White.

Out of curiosity, what is the ideal weight for Lendale? 220? A while back, someone said he was working out with Eddie George. Was there any truth to this rumor?

I can only imagine what's going to happen if Lendale is faster this year...

    Running game= domination.

It's cool to be fat, cause when you lose 30 pounds everyone talks about you.

I would say 230-235 would be his NFL ideal weight.

At 260, he had a lot of flab, which didn't help his running style.

how tall is Lendale? it's possible he could weigh 250-260 and be fit if he traded the fat for muscle.

No. First, he's only 6'1''. Second, he'd need to be something like 6'8" to actually be able to be that heavy and not have a lot of it be fat.

I'm 6'5'', and back when I was working out twice a day and had a lot of muscle but really low body fat, I had a hard time getting my weight over 225, without gaining fat. It's easy to get up to 250-260, but then you aren't really in great shape. (at least for a professional athlete)

I understand that it's different for linemen, by the way.
