    Regardless of weither or not he is being charged, he still committed the act. Violence should not be tolerated at all and the NFL didn't have to wait for a courts decision on the matter.

    The NFL spends all this time selling and promoting pink merch, but just gave a big middle finger to female fans.

    Interesting....maybe I should read the full rule, but in case you did, how is domestic violence defined here? Does it have to be a successful criminal prosecution or is it fully by the discretion of the commissioner?
