Let me stop you right there. It wouldn't be a contract if it were fully guaranteed. It would be paying for a service. The whole nature of a contract are the terms that must be met on each side for payment to occur. If there were no terms to be met, it wouldn't be a contract.

That's like paying a carpenter 100% up front and then praying he actually finishes the job. Nothing in the world works that way.

That is exactly what I said in different words. Read it again. No the contracts aren't fully guaranteed if they were then every player that signed them would get all of the money in it. Instead they get the money if they meet the teams expectations, if not they cut them before they owe them what is not guaranteed, right?

You have had 20 people explain to you what a moronic statement it is to suggest NFL players (million dollar JOBS) are like slaves.

Do you really still not get it? Do you suffer from brain damage?

How do we do this over the internet? I don't have a paypal account and how the winner prove if the loser paid up or not.

Just because people get paid millions of dollars doesn't mean they can't be considered slaves. The teams own them. The NFL is the modern day version of the Gladiator days.

Too many people view slavery as whip and chains. That's how it may have used to be here but now this is how it's done.
