Jon Gruden for our new coach

Let's be more informative like RollTide was for Greg Roman.

If you want a Head Coach in, you're going to have to dig deep and show us why he would fit in Nashville. You can't just pick out a name and have us explain why they would fit in Nashville.

It just isn't realistic. Gruden's name has been in the mix for dozens and dozens of jobs. He hasn't coached in years, he is making bank, and he seems happy. The chances of getting Gruden are slightly better than the chances of getting Tom Landry.

Fisher was 31-33 in his first four seasons with the Oilers with no playoff appearances.I just don't see Munch going anywhere til his contract is up .Does anyone actually see Adams buying out Munch's contract AND paying a new coach?
