Jaws ranks Locker 31st among QBs

    Jake's average passing rating in the first 3 games last year was 89. Then he was out for a while after that hit against Houston. Keep in mind that CJ did nothing in those first 3 games so Jake had little help and Britt was out also.

    For the rest of the season he was impaired with the injury and no offensive line. Didn't play particularly well against Miami but had 2 Tds and 0 ints.

    All his really bad games came when we had third string guys up front. There was no pass protection up the middle at all.

    I think the first 3 games are the best representation of Jake's ability.

    Stats don't matter for VY. But do matter for Jake Locker when they look good compared to Luck.


    His win percentage doesn't matter, but you want a clutch QB who can close out games.


    His receivers didn't matter, but you want to load Locker up with talent.
