Who honestly thought we were a really good team at 6-2? We were fortunate to have that record. We have not been a dominant team, and have been riding our D big time.

One guy in particular, Al, has been dominant. You lose him, and you're going to hurt, especially with not much DT depth.

The pass game has been horrible. Even our #3 rushing game is tied for #16 in YPC (and now it'll be lower).

I hate to say it, but honestly I don't expect this team to have near as good a 2nd half as it did the 1st half. We still have a ways to go.

 

So how many weeks now have we had to here "he just had a bad day"? And how many more are we going to have to hear it before we can say he just isn't getting it right now. He doesn't have a clue how to adjust to what the defenses do. I'm beginning to think that some of the experts were right about him being a one read and run QB. Begining to wish we had drafted Cutler.

 

Pay AL now.

That looked a awful lot like last season's D without him out there. Pay the BIG MAN now.

Agreed. He's worth whatever he asks.

 

Did I watch the same game? VY played fine, not great but fine. I don't remember him missing tackles, or getting manhandled, or getting outcoached.
