He was a great team leader on the field and always has been. Maybe not so much of a leader in how to handle yourself off the field but players responded to him when he was on the field playing football. He also made it important to make sure that the press knew it was not all about him at his post game interviews and always thanked God for giving him his talents as well.

That is correct, he wants to be handed a job. But IF he ever gets passed that sense of entitlement, he can rebuild his career, and IMO that happens with him going to the CFL.

I agree, but that was one indecent in which his immature butt hurt dinosaur coach interjected and got him cut.

If Jeff Fisher ever committed to Vince the way most coaches do their QB's, he'd still be here for us. We got burned bad by both guys, normally that kind of falling out doesn't set a team back, you just cut the right guy, problem with us was neither was right for each other, and it all came to a halt and blew up.

Those 2 personalities were bad from day-1. It was like mixing Bleach and Ammonia. On their own both chemicals serve a purpose, but together....

Ah, hear it is nice there. I know people in the Ashville area. They always go on about how nice it is in and around there.

Vince's career ended under an odd set of circumstances, which lead me to believe he's still got a small bit of "it", but he just needs to make it happen in the CFL. Because out there no one will care about his history, the talent far exceeds the baggage.

That would show it yes. Show he can go and earn a starting spot in an inferior league while making $50K a year.

Yeah its hard to beat Hickory and its surrounding areas. Boone is amazing. (Home town of where Appalachian State upset Michigan 5 years ago in football).

So did I. Well, second half. Switched to it when I saw the score thinking they might actually do it.
