Are you serious? That clip is when CJ GETS THE HANDOFF. He has to run that way and get the ball before he does anything. Hasselbeck is giving him the ball in that clip. WTF do you expect him to do before he even gets the ball? That is the first point that CJ can do anything at all. If he goes left before that moment he won't get the ball because he will run into the QB. You are the one that must be stupid if you can't figure that out.

tomachek2009 is correct on the first play, the hole opens up between Amano and Harris. Harris doesn't make a very good block granted, but if CJ had aimed right at Amanos left hip he'd probably get 3 yards instead of 0.

Not that this is entirely on CJ, the OL isn't blocking consistently, but it's evident that CJ struggles more with the new offense than our other RBs.

There is no hole there. The instant CJ gets the ball Harris has already let go of his block and the defensive player is sliding down the hole to fill the gap. CJ would have ran right into him in the hole. Do you people not know that on a stretch play the rb has to run to the right to even be able to get the handoff? The picture I posted shows right when CJ first gets the ball and by that time Harris is no longer blocking his man.

It's so obvious lol. CJ can't change direction before he gets the ball, the play is designed for him to run right before he even gets the ball he can't notice something presnap and change that, he needs to follow the design of the play and look for something after that, which just wasn't there.
