Quit listening to twitter rumors....
You are doing a lot of assuming in that logic.
Did you read Munchak's press release? If he really was given an ultimatum and chose to be fired (which is as illogical as it gets anyway), don't you think he might have mentioned it somewhere?
I doubt it is that black and white.
I saw the thing about the ultimatum, but I doubt that is how it happened.
It doesn't make sense. If he really is deeply saddened about being let go, why did he chose to leave?
I'm guessing it went like this:
"Hey Mike, how so you feel about the assistants?"
"I like them, I want to keep them."
"That isn't what we wanted to hear."
Again, I am assuming, just like you.
But at the end of the day; he was kicked out of his position against his will.
"Anyone who thought Munchak would be fired is not very smart"
Wrong. No assumptions there. You were flat out wrong.
Funny considering you all were on every tweet from any acct claiming Munch was done.
I said he wasn't. And he had the opportunity to stay.
It's known the team wanted him to part with several assistants...
why are you in denial here? Winning on this board isn't that important. Give it up.
deuces argument about as bad as the eagles defense vs the saints right now
And because he didn't want to... Munchak was ________
Fill in the blank. This might be more your speed.
Munchak didn't resign, but keep telling yourself he did. I really don't care. I just wanted to ask if you would admit you were wrong and I got my answer.
So you were right after all, congratulations!
Man, even when the exact opposite happens, you were still right. You're on a roll!
You don't look pathetic or anything...
It will be interesting to learn if it was technically a firing or MM quitting
Titans would owe him a 2014 salary if he was fired, but I doubt they would owe him the $s if he quit
Did you really? I deleted it because I didn't want to seem to mean.
That is interesting to think about, do all coaches get paid when they get fired? I was curious about this myself but I don't pay the man so I really could care less what the organization has to pay him to leave.
