But I'd say locker is the biggest issue with this team. he's just inaccurate to many times. I feel like Fitz could help this team more then him. Fitz can throw the ball. I hope I'm wrong and Jake comes through but I don't have faith in him.
As far as Britt he's playing poorly for his contact year.
I'd like to give hunter a shot
Verner has been the top playmaker in our secondary so far this season. Not saying the dude doesn't make mistakes. And he's definitely not the most physically gifted DB we have. But the dude makes plays. He's smart, and to borrow a cliche, has a high football IQ. He's the kind of guy you want out there.
Tommie Campbell, on the other hand, is pretty much the exact opposite. He is extremely physically gifted. But he is undisciplined and mistake-prone. Every time he's out there he has just as good of a chance at being a liability as he is an asset. Basically, there's a reason he's so far down the depth chart.
Only concern is Verner...
... the guy with 2 interceptions in 2 games and at least 3 pass deflections?
Because they didn't do the same thing.
Looks like we found Tommie Campbell's dad.
Welcome to the site, man.
I'm impress with the attitude and improved play by the team too. That said, GTFOH with starting Campbell over Verner!
I only watched the first half on TV and listened the rest on the radio coming home. Warmack did well I thought. He was going up against the defensive mvp last year. Yea, Warmack did get beat a few times, but he held his own on what I saw. Majority of the plays he held watt in check.
