Munchak went straight from a position coach to a HC. That's a bigazz leap in responsibility. He is a methodical (and likable) guy, but way in over his head. The organization goofed by not having an OC/DC with EXPERIENCE take over as HC.

Well that's why he got coordinators who had a lot of experience. Remember the Jets and Bears would not let us talk to Callahan and Tice respectively for our OC job which shows how much they value the job of an o-line coach. Ferentz the Iowa coach was an nfl o-line coach before he got that job and is highly regarded.

Munch is 10-11 so far and trending down badly but we have had bad starts in the past and turned it around.

Munch had Mcginnis last year to help him make the transition but in his 2nd year on the job he sure in the hell should be able to do it.

Gray. He makes Palmer's job hard by running a defense that allows 35-40 points EVERY game

Can we all agree Palmer v. Gray - that Gray is worse?

I'm dead serious. We've had some injuries early that have dictated what we could do on offense. We've also played against 3 of the 5 best offenses in the league.

After last night, I don't think either coach is terrible. Looking at all of the adversity we've had this season I'm willing to see where each takes this team. We're growing right now as a franchise. Players and coaches. As long as we keep improving we'll be fine. Nearly all of our games moving forward are winnable.
