If not MM than who?

    A lot of people are blaming MM solely for these losses. And think getting rid of him will be a solution. So I ask if not him than who? Who is the answer? Who should we have taken instead?
    Or who should we get?

    Bortles and scarf both sucked when they started, and have a group of receiver several tiers better than us. Oh yea and Winston has 10 turnovers this year so he looks pretty bad too.

    I don't think anyone, with any sense at least, is saying Mariota is solely to blame for the losses. He has clearly not been good but this staff and the players around him not really doing a whole hell of a lot to help him out.

    Whether people like it or not Marcus is our guy at least for a couple more seasons, barring injury. I would like to see a real HC/OC in here ASAP or he's gonna end up broken beyond repair. Dangerously close right now imho.

    Let's trade Mariota for Jimmy G and then McDaniels can work wonders with him, and then when Jimmy G struggles with our crap staff and average WR's then we can trade for Winston. TB is "concerned" with him too.
