I don't see Gray getting canned now

I was mainly talking about McCourty. I'm sure the others could handle it alright.

I honestly believe that the players we have on this team are way better than what is showing up on Sundays. The schemes on both sides of the ball are not winning strategies it is just that simple. I guarantee that a legit offensive mind could do wonders with Jake, CJ, Britt and Cook. And as for defense, I never thought that we could have a DC worse than Schwartz but Cecil was much worse. Then I thought we'd never do worse than Cecil and Gray is much worse.

Thats why it scares (and baffles) me to see people say "it cant get worse"

Looking at the numbers there is no other option but to fire Jerry Grey. We are 32nd in scoring defense!

The longer he has worked with these players the worse it seems to get.

So as a fan base lets all say together it will be better next year

There havent been many worse NFL defesne than ours in recent history.

This year we're giving up 30 pts/gm (league worst)
last year the Buccaneers we're a little worse giving up 30.9 pts/game
before that the Broncos with 29 pts/gm
in 2008 it was the Lions last ranked defense that gave up 32.3 pts/game


Do you know what they all have in common? New Defensive Coordinators the following year.

How can Jerry Gray stay? I'll tell you this much; if he does stay, then Bud Adams and the Tennessee Titans DO NOT give a flying F about this football team.

and when they do Jerry Gray better just walk out and quit. No other team out there stands for this kind of performance. Every year the worst defense gets rid of that coordinator. If he sticks, it says a lot about what to expect.

The Lions had the leagues worst D in 2007, they didn't fire that guy and they finished last in points the following year then they fired him, I'd rather us not wait around and make that same mistake.

Hopefully the entire coaching staff will be gone, not just Gray.
