everyone would except the Vikings IMO #10 not worth 23 and 25
I would make that trade and take Fluker with that 23rd pick if there. You should get an extra 3rd and 4th rd pick at least for that and that gives us extra picks for that inside linebacker in the third(Riddick or bostic) and maybe a Wr like bailey or Hamilton in the 4th.
Anybody who thinks Austin is equal to Harvin is delusional.
Vikings would make the trade if they know that Patterson is still there at 10. He would be the guy they would be looking to get and they might be interested in Nate Washington as part of a deal like that.
I'd rather two late firsts vs one early first. So yes I would.
Would the Vikings be dumb enough to go for that?
That is a no brainer. Unless you are absolutely sure that the guy you are drafting at #10 is going to be a superstar, you have to make this trade. You can land some excellent players in the late 1st Rd.
Nate would most likely have to be part of the deal b/c fair value dictates we would have to throw in our 4th round pick to get close to equal value. So if we offered Nate and they took it then it would be like we were getting a 4th for him, which is the best we could hope for.
This makes me think back to the McNair trade, really hope we don't draft another Chris Davis type of scrub with a 4th if this trade idea ever happened.
Nate for some bum ass WR like Davis would SUCK
I still don't get why everyone wants to trade Nate. He's our best receiver.
