Yes. Sounds like you are trying to play with the big boys now. Do not feel limited. Unless it is a job any person off the street can do. And make sure to list real achievements and kpi. Managers live and die with kpi.

Seriously though. Tell them about someone you disagreed with and how you worked through it. And be sure to be specific. Talk about a specific person and a specific instance. Not what you usually do or what you would do. They want an actual experience.
I literally cannot think of anything. I've either been to green to not know what I was doing or so experienced that no one questioned me.......that clears it up though, I'll think of something.
Key performance indicator. Always know your kpi.
In other words the stats or metrics that show you or your teams performance. You must have them. What are the stats that your boss and their boss obsess over
It differs greatly from my company to what they do. Mine is about $, theirs would be on time performance. I don't really have access to anything physical anymore. I do bring up examples though.
