Better than Halo....PFFT!!!
You do realize Halo is probably a top 20 game of all time. And maybe the only xbox game to crack some top 10.
you do realize the only reason halo is as heralded as it is is for the multiplayer, right? the game itself is no different than any other FPS, and for some reason people are in love with the multiplayer.
Gunny hates Halo because it's 360's big title. It's an unexplainable grudge.
Anyway, I just glanced and thought he was asking for games on the next gen systems since he didn't have one yet and was trying to make a decision.
Recent gen, eh. God of War is about all you've got.
No I pretty much have held that opinion long before 360 was announced (ask Puck). I like Halo as a game, but it is way over-rated.
I love Halo....and I've never played the multiplayer. I got it from very high reviews, high reviews praising the gameplay, storyline, graphics, etc. All of which are top notch imo, and not matched by really any FPS I've played, except maybe Half Life 2.
ALL 3 will be in my 360 at some point this year
oh and this little game called Halo 3 wll be out in September
I'm a big fan of Burnout and 5's coming
now, if only someone would get us a KotoR 3 .......
but I'm guessing Bobo that you mean to ask what current gen games to play til you get a new system
I just bought
Burnout Dominator (new- ps2)
Beyond Good and Evil (GC - supposedly awesome game and uber-rare)
and for current gen just got
Saint's Row )360)
and working on auctions for
for the last month I've been replaying Knights/OldRepublic I
and if you never played Half-Life 2 (xbox/pc) you should
or Eternal Darkness (GC) or Zelda: Twilight Princess (GC)
it sucks was basically my point.
Hmm. If the multiplayer is supposedly the best ever. How does it suck again?
Your comment was dumb. It's like saying "You know, that Michael Jordan's hype only came due to how he plays basketball, right?"
I'm sure the Jackass game you're "so getting" will blow Halo out of the water.
