Hasselbeck and Passing Has Fueled Offense But Rushing Must Improve

We see week after week the heroics from Hasselbeck as he passes for almost 300 yards or better weekly but sooner or later we are going to have to get the running game going or we might end up having a bad game.

This week will have to be the week we see our running game improve because the Steelers are number one in the league against the pass so we are going to hopefully continue to see CJ improve like he has the last week or two.

We've got ourselves a good quarterback finally and a good passing attack but it would be very nice to see us be a force running the ball too.Between CJ,Ringer and Harper we will get it done.

The Titans had moved away from some run plays that had benefited Chris Johnson in the past, plays that unconventionally featured a counter element. In the win at Cleveland, those plays re-emerged and K.C. Joyner said the Titans employed that counter action on Johnson’s 25-yard run and again on an 8-yard gain in the win over the Browns. It was a good adjustment and needs to be part of what the Titans do going forward. Look for it against the Steelers.
