Halftime - Madonna thread

really disappointed in the halftime show. They seem to get worse every year

 

I didn't see the Stooges on Idol...I'll youtube it.

I agree with Bowie. Maybe we can add a little Lou Reed in there, too.

 

Next year, they need to bring someone relevant and full of energy. I ain't hatin' on Madonna, she is almost pushing 60, but she could barely move and the performance was boring, she couldn't even lip sync. It was definitely better than last year's and the recent one with the Rolling Stones, which was painful to watch. Not everyone's Tom Petty.

The best one I've seen, other than the Tom Petty one, was the one with Aerosmith and N'Sync.

 

If they wanna get old timers again, I'm down for some Cat Stevens, Eric Clapton, Goo Goo Dolls, R.E.M, they all can still hold it down at their ages.

 

Lol are you talking about W.E? If so, I remember it looked pretty bad, but Abbie Cornish (chick from Limitless) is hot.

 

I said it earlier but I think it got passed by.....

The Black Keys....not my favorite band but I think everyone can enjoy their music to a degree. Very throw back classic rock thats just well rounded. Plus I am sure they would enjoy the exposure that a half time show brings. Always trying to help out a new band.

 

Deftones would destroy the Superbowl.
