Fisher had too much power..

    So in summary, Jeff Fisher is the Little Wayne of coaches. The uninformed think he's good, but everybody else with taste knows better.

    99% of this board are not directly managed by Fisher. You can't cuss your boss without being disciplined. Corporate world, sports world, or day care.

    It doesn't matter what was said. He's an idiot for being confrontational with his direct supervisor, especially in front of his "co-workers" (team). The hierarchy of an NFL team is not that different than the corporate world. I'd argue they are very similar.


    All things considered, I think VY has rejection issues that only under score his emotional issues. He has always been head and shoulders above any competition since pee wee football, till the NFL. He's just not strong enough mentally to deal with any sort of set back.

    Fisher was bull headed and arrogant after his long tenure.

    It was a recipe for a something to go wrong. Luckily, it did. The departure of both will, as said before, be the best thing for the future of this franchise.
