There are only a select few elite GM's who seem to keep their teams stocked with fresh starting talent.

These are the best GM's in football IMO
    Polian:Colts
    Newsome:Ravens
    Pioli:patriots/Chiefs
    Colbert:Steelers
    Jerry Reese:Giants
    Tom Heckert:Eagles/Browns
    AJ Smith:Chargers*

I think AJ Smith is a dick who's had a lot of luck. Backing Norv Turner wastes the talent he finds.

Reinfeldt has picked some great players and his mid to late rnd players have made up for some 2-3rnd goofs.

    EG:Chris Henry/Senderrick Marks.

2010 was arguably his best year with Verner\Mariani\Rolle\Curran. I give him a pass for Morgan because although his injuries make him a bust they couldn't have been foreseen.

If he has a good draft this season I think he's worth keeping to see what he does without Fisher.

Well lets put it all down so we can really evaluate Reinfeldt.

In his first draft with the team, he cooperated in the drafting of:
    Michael Griffin
    Chris Henry
    Paul Williams
    Leroy Harris
    Chris Davis
    Antonio Johnson
    Joel Filani
    Jacob Ford
    Ryan Smith
    Mike Otto

    Bold players = good picks

He also got us Travis Henry, and Nick Harper that year

Hey, at least Floyd Reese is far away from the Titans...we'll always have that.

In Reinfeldt's 2nd season with us, he helped draft:
    Chris Johnson
    Jason Jones
    Craig Stevens
    William Hayes

    Lavelle Hawkins
    Stanford Keglar
    Cary Williams

    Bold players = good picks

That year we also agreed to terms with Alge Crumpler, DE Jevon Kearse, LB Josh Stamer and WR Justin McCareins.

    Reinfeldt's 3rd draft:
    Kenny Britt
    Sen'Derrick Marks
    Jared Cook
    Ryan Mouton
    Gerald McRath
    Troy Kropog
    Javon Ringer
    Jason McCourty

    Dominique Edison
    Ryan Durand
    Nick Schommer

    Bold players = good picks

Also added Jovan Haye & Nate Washington

    And his most recent draft:
    Derrick Morgan
    Damian Williams
    Rennie Curran

    Alterraun Verner
    Robert Johnson
    Rusty Smith
    Myron Rolle
    Marc Mariani
    David Howard

    Bold players = good picks

In 2010 Reinfeldt signed Raheem Brock & LeGarrette Blount who Jeff Fisher later waived. They both went on to have great seasons elsewhere. 2010 was also the same year he re-signed Amano.

Robert Johnson could be a great player, seems like the players are high on him. Myron Rolle needs to get some playing time, he could replace Hope. Rusty Smith.. for a late round QB, isn't HORRIBLE. Schommer is the next Donnie Nickey of special teams, just watch!

Robert Johnson I have no idea about. Yea I hear players talking him up, but haven't seen anything at all from the guy.

Myron Rolle is not replacing Hope.

We'll see. If we stink this year he may just be collateral damage. He hasn't been bad but he hasn't been great. If he can get us a franchise QB then he stays if not he goes.
