I excise skin cancers and perform reconstructive surgeries at no cost for veterans and indigent patients. I do about 2 a week.

I think about it, I just can't find time to give of myself, so I give money and urge "others" to donate stuff to auction off or sell. Those I'm "associated" with does give a great deal of personal time to charity work. I guess I should give more of my personal time to the charity, as well.

I only sponsor a child in Mozambique which only involves me paying a certain amount a month. Don't even get to write to them.

I am thinking about changing charities to one where I have will have my own child that I can at least write too. Might be more rewarding that way.

Yea, I sponsor one in Lethoso through WorldVision... it's cool we get stuff every once in a while from her - definitely rewarding. We're hoping to get to go visit her sometimes next year, and WorldVision will help set that up for us when we decide.
