Courtland Finnegan on E:60

Not from everything I've heard... I have a source (a legit one, I promise) that swears up and down that he was not well liked and guaranteed we wouldn't even franchise him. I still didn't believe it until it actually happened.

The fact that we didn't even make him an offer should say something. If the coaches liked him, we would've at least made an offer or tagged him.

But why did they not like him? Cos he was a dick or slept with the corpse of Bud Adam's wife?

Courtland's is the only official Titans jersey I own. Probably the only one I ever will own.

Dude randomly came to my sh*tty hometown just to go bowling with these kids that were fans via twitter. Took like 20 of them bowling and out to eat.

Then you know the cancer patient story- only one.

My friend got cancer and isn't a football fan- had no idea who Finnegan was. When he stopped by their room he could kind of tell when he introduced himself- so he was like "You have no idea who I am, huh?"... and they said no. Didn't matter. He still hung out with them and talked for about 2 hours. That's crazy. Most athlete's egos would have made them cut out.


We probably wont get another Finnegan again. We'll have 30 more Michael Griffins. Most wont get playing time though.

I'd graciously let Fisher have Griffin and a couple of draft picks to get Finnegan back. I don't think he's that stupid though.

Hope some day he's back on our team.

It just blows my mind that we could've at least franchise tagged him if nothing else... but no... we tag Griffin.

We franchise tag players like Bo Scaife and Michael Griffin. Everyone in the front office should be fired for this.
