Could you out-coach Fisher?

If you were given a 3 year contract to coach Tennessee, hire new or keep all the current staff and you had to perform every function that Fisher does, would the team go further than Fish has in the last three years?

And by hiring new, no you don't get to pluck Mike Zimmer or Ryan up as DC etc. Fisher can't - you can't..
