no dude, Xmas day, in like 01 or something.
YA! WTF IS GOING HERE...I think it did happen but once Texans came around and jacked the look all traces of the time we wore them were erased
looks like this is a national mystery....
everyone mentions wycheck wearing them......we need to talk to franky boy!
I don't believe they were ever worn for a live game
ya I guess not but it is extremely odd so many people remember it and they all say it was xmas and everyone specifically members wycheck lol
It wasn't 2001 because we didn't have a Xmas game that season.
We had a Xmas game in 2000 against the Cowboys which we won 31-0 lol... but I swear we did not wear them. That was a game I remember vividly. Bigass Ford scored a TD that game.
I remember thinking as an 11 year old "wow they (Cowboys) are really bad."
he probably wore it during practice or around town or something to generate revenue for the team but it just turns out this is another nfl conspiracy lol
The Cowboys were horrible. And it was one of the coldest games I've ever attended.
We've never worn those jerseys, folks.
Which leads to the question "why the heck make em and sell em?". I believe I once heard that it was to be an alternate to be worn on Christmas but the actual player jerseys didn't get completed in time. I've also heard the NFL never approved the use of them after the fan jerseys were already in production.
We may never know.
I am glad we never used them, they are ugly lol
Why does everyone seem to remember them being worn on a Xmas game??? lol
