Josh McDaniels if you really want a high powered offensive minded Coach...He's actually NFL proven...Most of those HC's at the college level don't translate well. I'd bet Chip Kelly wouldn't because of the system he runs.

Yes because Josh McDummy worked out so well in Denver. I would rather fire Munch and promote Jerry Gray to Head Coach than to even let Josh McDummy into our building. He was a terrible head coach that never should have been his record is 11-17.... thats all you need to know there.

Kelly is a college guy and doesn't want to screw up his reputation by trying it out in the NFL. Yeah most great colleges have failed in the NFL and went on to success returning to college but Kelly is being deemed the "Moneyball of football" with his system. I'm sure he doesn't want to take that hit in the NFL and go back to being just another coach with a great offense.
