College coaches are a waste of time.

 

Not all. Harbaugh came in and had success, same with Pete Carroll. Although they did have NFL backgrounds, so does Shaw.

Chip Kelly isn't doing too bad in the NFL.

 

1. Harbaugh punked off back to college as soon as the going got tough
2. Kelly will do the same
3. Pete Carroll does not count as a college guy, he is on his third head coaching job in the NFL

Has not been a good college coach come to the NFL other than Jimmy Johnson. Barry Switzer did win a super bowl, but that was with the team Johnson built.

 

The falcons are my favorite nfc team (it's my brothers favorite team) and mike smith is garbage. Also chuck pagano sucks. No, to both of them.

I am not sure how I feel about him, would take him as a DC. Think we should have kept him as DC, just needed to get Jerry Gray out of his way.

 

Mike Smith is capable of getting us in the right direction

 

If a coaching change is made this offseason, i do not want an ultra conservative coach that is "capable" of getting us there. I want one that will get us going in the right direction. I watch/watched a ton of falcons games. He got canned 2 years late, imo. He is a mid level coach, very similar to fisher.
